Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your use of our merchandise store and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Our store is operated by Secret Match Day, a trading name of Bespoke Break Co. Ltd (company number 14176516), registered in England & Wales.
1. Our products
All products are made to order on a print-on-demand basis. Product images are for illustration only; actual colours, print placement and finish may vary slightly between items and from how they appear on your screen. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
2. Orders and contract
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, when we send you confirmation that your order has been accepted or dispatched. If we cannot accept your order (for example, an item is unavailable or there is a pricing error) we will let you know and will not charge you, or will refund any payment taken.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you complete your order.
4. Delivery
As products are made to order, please allow up to 5–7 days for delivery in addition to any shipping time. Free delivery applies to UK orders over £75. Worldwide delivery is available. Full details are set out in our Delivery & Returns policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
5. Cancellations and returns
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We can only accept returns on items that are unused and unworn. If goods are faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. See our Delivery & Returns policy for how to start a return.
6. Intellectual property
All designs, logos, artwork and content on our store are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.
7. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from your failure to follow care instructions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supplier or fulfilment delays. We will let you know and aim to minimise any delay.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
